THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IS A HEALTH CRISIS
We initiated the COVID-19 Project with passion for our caring community
This is a special tribute to our frontline caregivers in Oakland County hospitals for the COVID-19 Project. In order to thank the selfless dedication of the doctors, nurses and hospital administrators during the COVID-19 pandemic period, Asian Center-SE MI provided 1,500 hot lunches from Hong Hua Chinese Restaurant at Farmington Hills to Henry Ford Hospital West Bloomfield, Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak, and Henry Ford Hospital Detroit. A heart-shape sticky note with hand written appreciation words were placed on top of each lunch box. It was our most sincere gratitude to the hard working doctors, nurses and medical staff during this difficult pandemic period.
Thanks to Hong Hua Chinese Restaurant that has helped to prepare the lunch boxes all three time. We have received phone calls from people who have enjoyed their lunch so much that they can’t wait to visit the restaurant when it opens for business again. Thanks to many great friends that have donated money to this worthy cause. Your thoughts and help are much appreciated.
